Durable Medical Equipment

Wise Hospice Options supports a web based system, Medical Equipment Manager. This program is a total system to manage ordering, pricing, tracking and billing of all medical equipment. The system allows hospice greater control of its DME process and cost.

First, we analyze your current contracts and utilization patterns to find ways to improve cost. We then help you renegotiate your contract with vendors. The new contract pricing is locked onto the system and controlled by time stamps for delivery and equipment pickup.

Orders are tracked in real time on any computer with internet access. The system also provides utilization and cost reports. The system works with both per diem contracts as well as fee for service.

All billing is done through the system eliminating order and pricing errors. This system may be used with a contracted network provider, current vendor or other vendor willing to join the network. This system is compatible with hospice software programs for eligibility.
